Refund policy

15-DAY EASY RETURNS

We make every garment ourselves, and we want it worn and loved — not folded away in a cupboard. If something isn't right, you have 15 days from delivery to return it.

WHAT'S ELIGIBLE
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with the label and plantable hangtag attached. Trying clothes on your little one indoors is completely fine.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at hello@bunnyorganic.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with simple pickup or ship-back instructions.

SIZE EXCHANGES
Wrong size? We'll happily exchange for another size of the same design, subject to availability — exchanges are prioritised so your child doesn't miss the drop. Check our Size Guide anytime, or write to us with your child's height and we'll recommend the size ourselves.

REFUNDS
Once the item reaches us and passes a quick quality check, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

NOT RETURNABLE
Items that are worn, washed, damaged by use, or missing labels.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?
That's on us — write within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full. In most cases you won't even need to send the item back.
