One family, one roof, nothing outsourced
Every garment is printed, cut, stitched, checked and packed inside our own facility near Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu — India's knitwear heartland — run by our family as Sree Kanaga Durgaa Textile / Macrofast. Printing and garmenting under one roof means nothing travels between vendors, and nobody touches your child's clothes except the people whose name is on the label.
Certified twice over — verify us, we insist
Our facility holds GOTS certification for both digital textile printing and garmenting — a double approval only a handful of factories anywhere can claim, covering the cotton, the inks, the processes and the working conditions. Certification No: 010677 is printed on every hangtag, not hidden in fine print.
Step 1 · The Print Room — the reason buyers flew across the world
Since 2015 we've run our own digital printing division: digital pigment and digital reactive inks in full edge-to-edge roll printing, blended with traditional screen techniques into our hybrid process. Watercolour gradients, photographic detail, tiny whiskers on a polar bear — printed in skin-safe, low-impact inks, wash-tested so the colour your child loves on day one is still there after fifty washes.
Step 2 · The Cutting & Stitching Floor
Printed organic cotton moves straight down the corridor to cutting tables and stitching lines that have met the exacting standards of brands across Europe, the USA and Australia for decades.
